By accessing this website, booking a service, purchasing a program, or downloading any materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase services.

Services
The Circle of Trust provides parent coaching, parenting education, digital resources, guided programs, workshops, and related support designed to help parents build calmer, more connected family relationships.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
● 1:1 parent coaching sessions
● Multi-session coaching packages
● Parenting programs and intensives
● Digital workbooks, journals, and educational materials
● Workshops, group sessions, and downloadable resources
All services are offered for educational and coaching purposes only.

Coaching Disclaimer
By purchasing or participating in any coaching service, you acknowledge and agree that parent coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
Coaching is a collaborative, growth-oriented process intended to support parents in building awareness, skills, reflection, accountability, and practical tools in their parenting journey. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions, trauma, or medical concerns.
If you are experiencing acute distress, a mental health crisis, domestic violence, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or any urgent medical or psychological condition, you should seek support from a licensed mental health professional, physician, or emergency service in your area immediately.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or purchase services. By using this website, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

Booking and Payment
All fees are listed on the website or communicated directly prior to purchase. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect services already purchased and paid for.
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
● Any other payment method listed on the website at the time of purchase
Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged.

Refund Policy
Because coaching services require time, scheduling, preparation, and reserved availability, the following refund terms apply:
A. 1:1 Sessions
● Single coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked.
● If life circumstances arise, rescheduling may be accommodated with understanding and flexibility whenever reasonably possible.
● Clients are asked to communicate as early as possible if they need to move a session.
● Missed sessions without communication may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.
B. Coaching Packages and Programs
● Payments for coaching packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once the program has started or once any session, workbook, or program material has been delivered.
● If you cancel before the program starts and before any materials are delivered, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, less any processing or administrative fees, unless otherwise stated on the sales page.
● If you choose to discontinue a package or program after it has started, no partial refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, or remaining time.
● In exceptional circumstances, the remaining value of unused sessions may be frozen and credited to your account for up to 12 months from the date of pause, to be used when you are ready to resume.
● After the 12-month period, any unused credited sessions or amounts will expire unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Any pause, freeze, or resumption of services is subject to scheduling availability and the Circle of Trust discretion.
C. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
● Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable resources, workbooks, guides, recordings, and other digital materials are final and non-refundable.
D. Workshops and Group Programs
● If a workshop or group program is canceled by The Circle of Trust, you will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future offering.
● If you cancel your participation, refunds are not guaranteed and will be subject to the terms stated on the specific program sales page.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
Clients are asked to honor the time, energy, and commitment involved in this work. Presence, honesty, and consistency are an important part of the coaching process.
At the same time, life happens. If you need to reschedule a session, please reach out as soon as possible by email or WhatsApp. Reasonable flexibility may be offered when circumstances genuinely arise.
The Circle of Trust aims to approach scheduling changes with empathy and understanding, while also protecting the integrity of the coaching container.
If The Circle of Trust needs to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a new session time will be offered as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated missed sessions, last-minute cancellations without communication, or ongoing lack of engagement may result in termination of services without refund. Where appropriate, any remaining unused portion may be frozen as a credit on the client’s account for up to 12 months, at the Circle of Trust’s discretion.

Client Responsibility
By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:
● You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results
● Coaching outcomes vary from person to person
● No guarantees are made regarding specific parenting outcomes, family dynamics, emotional shifts, or behavioral changes
● Sustainable change requires personal commitment, reflection, and implementation over time
You remain fully responsible for how you apply any information, tools, or suggestions offered through coaching or website content.

Confidentiality
Your privacy and trust are deeply valued. Personal information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with care and kept confidential to the extent reasonably possible.
However, confidentiality may be limited in the following situations:
● Where disclosure is required by law
● Where there is concern about risk of serious harm to yourself or another person
● Where there is suspected abuse, neglect, or danger involving a child or vulnerable person
● Where professional advice is required for ethical, legal, or supervisory purposes, while maintaining the highest level of privacy possible
Website inquiries, booking information, and contact details will be handled in accordance with the website’s Privacy Policy.

Educational Content and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, coaching materials, workbooks, downloads, graphics, branding, PDFs, program frameworks, and other resources, is the intellectual property of The Circle of Trust unless otherwise stated.
