About

Helping you parent with more calm, connection, and confidence

Najwa A. Kabbara

Certified Master Parent Coach

Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator

I am a work in progress and an imperfectly empowered parent. I choose connection over perfection, and I keep coming back to what matters most: presence, emotional safety, and the courage to repair when things go off track.

My transformational parenting journey began over a decade ago when I was introduced to Positive Discipline. I saw how simple tools and a new perspective could shift my relationship with my child and soften the atmosphere at home. In January 2018, I became a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.

And still, something was missing. No matter how much I learned or how many books I read, deep change felt out of reach when stress took over. In moments of dysregulation, old patterns like shaming, blaming, and yelling kept showing up. That was the turning point for me: I did not need more information, I needed inner work, nervous system support, and a new way to relate to myself.

In May 2022, I enrolled in the Jai Institute Parent Coaching Certification. It became a powerful, eye opening experience that helped me unlearn conditioned patterns, build deeper self trust, strengthen secure attachment with my child, and create a calmer home environment grounded in empathy and clear boundaries.

Today, I am a Certified Master Parent Coach, a Kids Life Coach, an NLP Practitioner, and a Masters student in Neuroscience and the Psychology of Mental Health. I am also a cycle breaker, here to support you in transforming your home into one that feels happier, calmer, and safer, one small, consistent step at a time.

Take care of yourself today!

Why You Can Trust My Expertise

There is always a path forward. I believe in infinite possibilities for you and your family. No matter where you are in your parenting journey, I am here to tell you: Reconnection is possible. Repair is possible. And change can happen without shame or perfection.

As your coach, I will celebrate your tiny victories and your big wins, and I will walk beside you as you grow into a more empowered, grounded parent.

I will hold a gentle, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen and supported. Together, we will explore what is happening beneath the behavior, reflect on your emotions and thought patterns, and with your consent, bring in the science of attachment, nervous system regulation, and child development to guide your next steps.

I am not a perfect parent, and I do not expect you to be. I am an empowered parent committed to connection over perfection, presence over autopilot, and the powerful practice of apology and repair.
