Frequently asked questions

The Circle of Trust is a parent coaching space created by Najwa Kabbara to support parents in building calmer, more connected relationships with their children and themselves. The work is rooted in conscious parenting, emotional regulation, attachment, and practical tools that support lasting change.

This work is for parents who want to better understand their reactions, reduce yelling and power struggles, create more connection at home, and parent with greater awareness, confidence, and intention.
It is especially supportive for parents who feel overwhelmed, reactive, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how to respond to big emotions in their children.

No. Parent coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or crisis support.
Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process that helps you reflect, build awareness, learn practical tools, and create meaningful shifts in your parenting. If you need mental health treatment or are in crisis, it is important to seek support from a licensed mental health professional or emergency service in your area.

You can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are honored with compassion and honesty. Coaching may include reflection, nervous system awareness, practical parenting tools, mindset shifts, emotional support, and accountability.
This work is not about becoming a perfect parent. It is about building more awareness, repair, steadiness, and connection over time.

Coaching may be a good fit if you are ready to look inward, stay engaged in the process, and practice what you are learning between sessions. It is especially helpful when you are open to reflection and committed to creating change, even if you are still feeling overwhelmed or uncertain.

Depending on the offering, support may be available for individual parents or for co-parents who want to work together. This can be clarified before booking based on your needs and the structure of the program.

Common areas of support include:
● yelling and reactivity
● emotional regulation
● boundaries and follow-through
● sibling conflict
● power struggles
● parent guilt and burnout
● connection and communication
● understanding children’s behavior through a deeper lens
● breaking intergenerational parenting patterns

Sessions are typically held online unless otherwise stated. Details about timing, format, and access will be shared after booking.

Session length may vary depending on the service or package you book. Full details will be shared on the sales page or at the time of booking.

Some clients begin with a single session, while others choose a deeper package or program for more consistent support. The best fit depends on the level of support you need and the kind of change you are looking for.

Once your payment is received and your booking is confirmed, you will receive the next steps, including scheduling details and any preparation or intake information needed before your first session.

Coaching sessions, packages, and programs are non-refundable once booked or started, and digital products are non-refundable.
At the same time, life happens. If a client needs to pause, the unused value may be frozen and credited to their account for up to 12 months from the date of pause, to be used when they are ready to resume, subject to availability and the terms shared at booking.

Yes. Rescheduling can be handled with flexibility and understanding when life circumstances arise. Clients are asked to communicate as early as possible so the integrity of the work and the schedule can be protected.

If you miss a session without communication, it may be considered forfeited. The work is most supportive when there is mutual commitment, presence, and honest communication.

Yes. In some circumstances, the remaining value of unused sessions may be frozen and kept as a credit on your account for up to 12 months from the date of pause. This allows you to return when you are ready, while still honoring the commitment made at the start.

Yes, your privacy is deeply respected. Information shared during coaching is treated with care and confidentiality to the extent reasonably possible.
However, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law or where there is concern about risk of serious harm, abuse, or neglect.

Support between sessions depends on the package or program. If between-session support is included, the details and boundaries will be clearly shared in advance.

Yes. The Circle of Trust may offer workbooks, journals, guides, workshops, or other digital parenting resources designed to support reflection and practical implementation.

This work can help you understand the deeper patterns beneath yelling, build more regulation, and create new responses over time. Many parents come to this work because they want to reduce reactivity and feel calmer in their parenting.
Change is possible, but it is a process. The goal is not perfection. The goal is more awareness, more repair, and more choice in how you respond.

Support may be offered in Arabic, English, or a mix of both, depending on your preference and the nature of the work.
